Shyft Management Consulting is based in central Europe and was founded in 2023 in Hamburg by the serial entrepreneur and alternative protein expert Gerrit Feuerriegel as a family-owned business.​

Curriculum Vitae Gerrit Feuerriegel, Managing Partner​

Gerrit Feuerriegel (born 1989) is Founder & CEO of Shyft Management Consulting and the global B2B bioeconomy platform Bioshyft. In his professional career, he specialized early in the field of meat, dairy and material alternatives, authored internationally published studies, led various international projects in Asia, North America and Europe and worked as Chief Commercial Officer for a biomass fermentation startup and as Chief Strategy Officer for a precision fermentation startup.​
