Cologne, 19th March 2024 – SMC Founder & CEO, alongside industry leaders, participated in panel discussions shaping the future of protein technology and the bioeconomy at the Anuga FoodTec 2024 event.

The Anuga FoodTec serveds as a global hub for innovation, sustainability, collaboration, and progress within the food and beverage industry. With its focus on ‘Responsibility’, the event series emphasizes energy efficiency, resource conservation, and showcased cutting-edge technologies across the entire value chain.

This year, the exhibition witnessed a remarkable 46% increase in exhibition space and featured the participation of over 1,307 companies from around the world. Drawing more than 40,000 visitors from 133 countries, the event highlighted the growing global significance of technical innovations in the food and beverage sector.

During our time at Anuga FoodTec, we engaged in insightful panel discussions on topics such as the future of protein technology and scaling up innovative solutions for the market. Here are some key takeaways from these discussions:
