Outside-in project setting with 3 team members from client and SMC team consisting of 1 senior project managers, 2 consultants as well as 32 experts to be involved on numerous expert calls & workshops. Project is structured in 3 phases from long-list to high-potential technology suggestions with initial conceptual implementation plans.

Results
We work independently in an outside-in approach and with selected alignment & guidance calls together with our client. Final deliverable is a document recommending 3 high-potential technologies per main segment as well as details on the long-list, short-list, selection criteria & prioritization framework. Further, we include analysis details (incl. expert interviews, Bioshyft platform data, & more) as data sources for verification.

Project is structured in 5 phases from long-list to operational raw material testing sprints on site at client lab & pilot facility.

Final deliverable is a document recommending high-potential raw materials per application segment as well as details on the long-list, short-list, selection criteria, prioritization framework & testing / sample results. Outside-in project setting with 10 team members from client and SMC team consisting of 2 senior project managers, 4 consultants as well as 37 experts to be involved on numerous expert calls & workshops. Project is structured in 5 phases from outside factor analysis to conceptual planning & finance solution design.

Results
We work independently in an outside-in approach and with selected alignment & guidance calls together with our client as well as closer together during conceptual planning phase. Final deliverable is a document summarizing the conceptual planning phase, requirements for basic & detailed engineering phases, details on financing concepts, and roadmap for production ramp-up based on market demands.
