We work independently in an outside-in approach and with selected alignment & guidance calls together with our client. Final deliverable is a document recommending 5 high-potential targets as well as details on the long-list, short-list, selection criteria & prioritization framework. Further, we include analysis details (incl. expert interviews, Bioshyft platform data, & more) as data sources for verification.

Final deliverable is a document summarizing key deal risks and negotiation points around commercial (e.g. market, competitors, customers, growth trajectory), technical (e.g. manufacturing sites, supply chain) or scientific (e.g. IP, research team, research results) topics depending on due diligence type. We start with a red flag report as initial high-level overview before moving to detailed due diligence.

Project is structured in 4 phases building upon each other from ecosystem screening to execution of pilot projects with selected partners.

Final deliverable is a document summarizing the meat alternative partnership strategy as well as quick-wins via pilot projects with selected partners to strengthen the alt. meat cluster.
